SHIPPING POLICY
Processing times. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped. During sales and in rare instances, we can experience backlogs at our warehouse that result in shipping delays of up to one week.
Domestic and expedited shipping costs. Standard Domestic Orders (U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories) are shipped USPS First Class and are shipped to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories).
- Omni Medspa offers free USPS First Class shipping for Domestic Orders over $150.
- Once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking notice.
Incorrect Shipping, Missing Items, Damaged Items:
Please inform us within 3 business days of the delivery if there are any problems with your order. Clearance items, including Out of Box items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Our policy is to exchange an unused product upon request. Cash refunds are not available. No refunds or returns for any product that has been opened or tampered with. In certain circumstances, exchanges will be at the discretion of your clinical provider (for example an allergic reaction).
International shipping costs and information: At this time we do not ship internationally.
